Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

All Tincture Tailor orders are sent via Evri and you will be informed by email when your order has been shipped. Evri can then support tracking and delivery status.

At this time we are only able to deliver to addresses within the UK.

We will always endeavour to ship your products the next working day but please allow 5-7 working days for arrival.  If this time period has exceeded or you experience any issues then please email us at info@tincturetailor.com with your name and order number.

RETURNS

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you discover that you have received an incorrect item then please contact us my email or telephone within 14 days of receipt.  Please email us on info@tincturetailor.com quoting your name, home address and the details of your order. We will then provide return instructions and issue refunds once the products arrive. We recommend keeping shipping receipts. Pending our inspection and verification that goods are incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a full refund or replacement.  Any issues must be reported to us before the item is used.

What if the item is faulty?

If you discover that goods are faulty please notify us by email or telephone within 14 days of receiving them. Please email us on info@tincturetailor.com quoting your name, home address and the details of your order. We will then provide return instructions and issue refunds once the products arrive. We recommend keeping shipping receipts. Pending our inspection and verification that goods are faulty, we will contact you to arrange a full refund or replacement. Damage to glass products must be reported to us before the item is used.

Returning non faulty goods

If you wish to return goods that are not faulty, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them. Please email us on info@tincturetailor.com quoting your name, home address and the details of your order. Goods must be in their original packaging, unopened with the seal intact and in a resaleable condition. We will then provide return instructions. Pending our inspection upon receipt, we will then issue refunds. We recommend keeping shipping receipts.

If the seal is opened as our products are sealed for hygiene and safety reasons, we will not be able to issue a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty products.
